Description
Colvin Soilire is a saiyan from age 1000. After a sudden time rift appears at the sight of his fight with Cell X, Colvin is sent back in time to age 800. Colvin swiftly steals The World Tournament Announcer's sunglasses as a mask, vowing to become an announcer in the future as payback. Quickly after, Colvin meets with Imo Jaden where the two are inducted into the time patrol. He is generally a laid pack person but has a problem with being a little too overly serious. Colvin also has access to the berserker transformation state, eventually able to combine it into a newly god ki infused Super Saiyan 4 transformation.Character is by @ Proximal_Weeb
