Okay so I've been a little scatter brained lately. Then I happened upon my daughter, and decided to really look at her.

She is so sweet. And caring, and very artistic, she'll be an amazing artist. But then again, I am her mother. And I couldn't help but giggle at myself for all the times that she has driven me completely up the wall. If you have kids, you know what I mean.

She was playing with her My Little Ponies , I had even bought her a MLP dream castle to go with it. And she talked to them and acted out scenes and was just having fun. And child hood memories of my own started to play out with my Little Ponies. And then I got this image in my head... and I became obsessed with looking up MLP's for the next 3 days.

So this is the little comic I had in my head. A mother/daughter comic. My MLP character is named "Dragon Song" I have a similar (not exact) tattoo, which I got when I found out I was pregnant with my little girl. And I've dubbed my daughter's MLP "Doodle Bug." She has the heart of an artist like me; the first thing she does when she walks in the front door is lie on the floor and start coloring... something. :*grins with pride:

BTW this took me like 15 hours to do!! Either I really suck at creating digital lineart... or I'm a total perfectionist!! Lord knows how long it will take to color this! Any takers? Send me a note if your interested!
