Nicely done handsome!!! Β Does your camera auto-focus? Β You're strikingly consistent at being in sharp focus. Β Well done as always. ;D

Everytime I go looking for some men stock, they are always lame, low quality, and quite unrealistic looking.
Except for yours.
Thanks for always making good great quality realistic looking stock!

Hey, Thanks. That jacket was a present from my lovely wife about 22 years ago. I believe she got it at a Harley Davidson shop.

This is amazing. I wish I had logged on sooner to see it. Not necessarily because the past few days should have had it included, but simply because I think it's a bit overshadowed by my recent find of your SMG Bathrobe picture. Still, wish I looked that good in leathers... or pistols.

So, curiously enough I favorited this photo when I first saw it. Then told a friend about it. He called attention to the fact I only liked it because you're wielding a Shadowrun gun. I was stunned I had missed such a thing. So I started digging through the comments for nothing more than shameful fanboy pride.
I found what I was looking for:
"Crazy Arms .50 Dessert Wambat, with solid teak grips. "
But more importantly I also found two new favorites (which each look just as wonderful as the original shot) from where these AMAZINGLY talented artists have used your stock. I'm thinking I should just periodically start digging through your old posts to find more cool art.
Also... Please tell me whether or not the gun's from SR. It's killing me. I know you can't see the anguish on my face right now but... Well....
I can't find it anywhere by name but it looks SOOOO FAMILIAR!

Well, you made me haul my ass all the way across the house to dig up my copy of SR 2nd Edition (but that's okay, because I could look at that Elmore cover until the dirt starts flying [link] ).
You've got a good eye, as that is indeed an actual, in-the-plastic Colt America L36. [link] It always cracks me up when I read the description of the L36 stating it is a "light handgun with a sleek profile" 'cause this thing is a beast and about as sleek as a rhino.
Of course it is a bunch of other weapons throughout the old school FASA universe, too. I'm pretty sure they used it in every simple game they ever made (except perhaps Earthdawn, but you never know). I enjoy thinking about that poor staff artist tasked with churning out these cool futuristic weapons, running down to the local Lionel Playworld (this was a long time ago, remember) and finding this hanging on the shelf and saying, "Yep! That's the ticket".
Now for the good news. You can still get them brand new. Follow this link, download the catalog, and check page 5. [link]
Best of luck tracking one down (You may have to fly to Italy... ).

AHA! Of course, the L36! Banger-cheap and runner-reliable since 2040...
Y'know.... Maybe it's the perspective but seeing it in your hand really makes me wonder about the words "concealable light pistol."
In the SR2, it looks completely believable but....
Trying to picture you firing it once then tucking it back under those leathers is humorous at best and nigh impossible at worst.
Side note: For an L36 that authentic Italy might be doable. Rabid fandom and nostalgia overrule common sense, on average. Also, a good excuse to see Italy.

You know, when I saw the wee little thumb I said to myself, "wouldn't it be so cool if that were based on one of mine..." Absolutely made my day. Not to mention that I love the image.
