I always imagined a Nartaki four-wielding SMG's while being heavily cybered up with wired reflexes.

Iran? Aren't they just in the Indian subcontinent yet? *somewhat of a Shadowrun nerd but sure a fan8
Albeit in a way, it would make sense in at least a very alt-Shadowrun... Iranian cultures and Indians cultures are related in history... Zoroastrism and Hinduism/related are born of the same distant proto-religion kinda.. like in a way how germanic and norseΒ and surely eastern germanic peoples shared myths...

Se does indeed, like making certain things for my characters to be entirely up to the DM so its just as much of a surprise to me as it is to my character so it feels a bit more genuine. The thing like most about Kiya is because she's genuinely a nice warm person and she really doesn't fit in amongst the rough veteran shadowrunners at all, yet she has skills they need which Β guessing is why they keep her around.
TBH we haven't really started the game properly yet so everything is still up in the open for her ^^

Weapon-Jongleur is just the best (powergaming) way to play a nartaki.
With the background, well, with the world being more and more a multicultural kettle, i tend to accept every nationality, as long as the background story somewhat covers the right ethnic heritage ... even if it is centuries in the past and thinned out to nearly nothing as long, as it has some kind of punch in the story (grandgrandgrandgrandgrandgrandgrandgrandgrandfather has been a high priest of ganesha or something).
Thought about some other nartaki-concepts for the usage of the extrta arms. AR-Decker/Rigger comes into mind, because the charakter could manipulate twice as much overlays/windows at the same time. How this works in rules-mechanics is tricky though, because it is not covered in the books. Time for a brainstorming with the GM ...

Make me want to do a somewhat unhinged 'mage' of the Indian tradition(s), a Shivaite 'Left Hand Path' perhaps if I can find a good table to play and join...

Extra arms have always been a trouble with me. I've never been able to make them look good in the slightest. What I've tried is making them have an extra set of shoulders under the primary set of arms. Course, with my below amateur drawing skills, it still looks bad. I'd suggest trying that for the multi-arm aspect if you can.
Otherwise, she looks good. And the concept is interesting and seems rather cool!
