Yay for another animation~!HE'S SO FRIGGEN CUTE OMG I'M GONNA DIE...
-cough- uhh anyways...
I FELT THE NEED TO ANIMATE TODAY! I have a lot of ...creative buildup would you call it? from not doing any arts in a long time. I have just been acting all pouty and whatnot because everyone else's art is so much for prettyfuls than mine. I was going to give up on art completely and delete this account BUT THEN... this happened. I think it's a sign that I should keep drawing even if my arts aren't that prettyful! because I love doing it and it's about making ME happy not everyone else!
OKAY so all dramatic epiphanies aside, This gif is made up of 27 frames and it took me about an hour and a half to animate. The preview image is made up of 12 frames and took me about fifteen minutes.
I PLAN ON MAKING MORE OF THESE... I think they could make a really cute little "series" if you will... I'm always open to ideas~! so please feel free to share!

I made a new tumblr blog specifically for my artwork and I will be adding to it slowly over time. Follow for updates and cool WIP shots of my work! I post more on there than on here because I try to reserve my dA for only my finest work/gifts/commissions/AT's and not for sketches, concepts and/or WIP's.

I thought Gimp is not made for animations. I tried it before and I messed up.

oh I will admit the software isn't perfect, but you learn to "roll with the punches" essentially and after a while the glitches are merely an inconvenience as opposed to crippling. Also, it is free. which is what sold me on it because I really don't have any money. If you've got a nicer program like photoshop or Corel or something I would use that. Corel has a system built in for animation and I have never used photoshop but I assume there is probably some kind of tutorial. Really I am flattered you want to learn to animate like me
