F-fan art? From busy me? HOORAY!

Attempts at comedy aside, I honestly did this to try out my new Artist Tiles I bought recently. So of course, as I always tend to do, I chose Skuld from Oh My Goddess! for the experiment instead of my OCs XD

...And the experiment worked but when I tried to do this poppy collage, it looked HORRIBLE. I colored her with Copics and while I liked how she turned out, it ended up not jibing with this setup. You can see that here. My fear of doing traditional backgrounds on the same paper hurt me, hah. (I tend to them separate, then merge. I've wanted to avoid that for a while...)

My perfectionist side told me to redo this again, so I took the scanned lineart I did (in case I ruined said lineart). colored it quickly--this time trying out softer shading as further experimenting!

Uh, what elsseee--oh! This was all inspired by an episode of Doogie Howser M.D. Yeah. 8D I had it on as background noise while I worked on comic pages and then in a split second when I raised my head up, I saw a character wear the "80s-iest", gaudiest, most pink jacket ever...and I wanted to draw someone in it. This isn't the exact design (it turned out to be a bathrobe!?) but I just wanted to try it once, hahahahaha XD

Skuld looks sorta like an 80s idol pop star in the end, though! c:
