AHAAHAHA! priceless. As far as critiques go, only thing I would reccomend is accent the eyes with possibly a bold white reflection, that will draw the eyes there and lead down to the OOOOOO mouth. You might want to follow the rest of the light source in the photo, and shade the lower portion of the lips subtely, just to add an extra layer of "what photoshop?!" ridiculous but good xD
The rest of this is critique will be jibba jabba to fill up 100 word minimum , so it actually seems like im tryping something very very ....ugh....very important! yeah!

I shouldn't be that you didn't think it was theirs, but that it wasn't yours.
It doesn't matter whether or not you know who did the art; if it's not yours, then there are many websites other than Deviantart where you can upload random things you find funny. It's always a good idea, rather it is imperative, to credit the artist regardless of where you upload it, but Deviantart is a site to host your own art.
You did not claim it was yours, so you do not deserve to be shamed or called a thief. Please try to remember, however, that this site is different from the blogs and "funny image" sites. Uploading something on here that is not yours places you under the radar as an art thief, even if that was not your intention. People view others' galleries on Deviantart under the implication that they are viewing that person's original art, until proven otherwise.
This is why you have been called a "thief", but in reality it's a common case of a misunderstanding of Deviantart, one made by many others that in my opinion should also hear this. Nowadays it's gotten so twisted, as can be gathered by many of the complaints of its users, that calmly sorting out simple misunderstandings is not so easily done.
Thank you for being civil, at least, and apologizing to the original artist. You have done better than many in your situation.
