It's been almost 9 years when I first painted His portrait. I wonder how's my soul doing now. I treated the entire process like a therapy. While I'm painting, I recount my life for the past 8 years. Underneath these layers of paint, you'll find my tears written in chapters painted in it, like a music created sound vibrations when a record hits the platter of a turntable.

We live in a world full of hate and never ending war, yet we battle our own war within ourselves. Each side has a story to tell, and you have a story to tell.

This painting for me is to understand His Pain from my perspective so I can paint my story alongside Him, and for you to tell yours. How's your soul doing?

We all have our own cross to carry, I pray we'll have the courage and the heart to carry ours, the way He carried His.
