When I was at Sakuracon I saw so many people cosplaying as Akito/Agito and it really made the AirGear fan inside of me wake up again. It's been quite a while since I made any AirGear fan art and so I really needed to make some of one of my favorite characters.Akito and Agito are two different personalities inside of the same person. Akito is sweet and loves everyone but Agito is a vicious killer who thirsts for blood. When his right eye is covered, Akito will come out. But when his left eye is covered, Agito will come out (and that's usually not a good thing).
Anyways, I hope you all enjoy my new AirGear fan art even if you've never read the manga or seen the anime.
This was drawn with a black Pentel marker and colored with Prismacolor pencils.

Yes I did! I'll be re-scanning my older work eventually. My friend ~Saya1984 bought me a new scanner like only an hour before we took off to go to Seattle for Sakuracon. It's a very nice scanner, I'm happy that I can finally get some good quality scans of my work up for once.

Thanks! Akito/Agito is made out of 100% awesomeness so I had to draw him! Hopefully my drawing will get a few people interested in this manga (it doesn't have a very large following but is incredible!).

Maybe! The way I see it, if I'm not hooked by the first volume I'm probably not going to like the rest of the series. But I was hooked by the very first chapter of AirGear, mostly because the artwork is beautiful and it gets even better as the series progresses.
