Description Erm.... not sure 'bout the category. Too tired to think.

Anyways, I have seen a bunch of stuff like this up here on devart, and I have always wanted to try it (so yes, tis not my idea). And so I did!!! I just kinda added a border to it.... woohoo!! *grins widely* I used a flashlight to get the shadow... the regular light in my room just wasn't working for me. Go flashlights!!!!

Oh I love this... really, It's just so gentle and thoughtfull... If I evar actually carried around a journal, I would probably want to paste that onto the front cover just because I love it.

Really? Hm... I might try!! Probably when I get back home, the flashlight I have here sucks.... you have to shake it to get it to work. LOL! Erm.... just wondering... but might you have any suggestions on what to try (for the shadow/lighting photos)?

Well one that creates a shape- that's what really got me when I looked at this one. Strange but definable shapes. It doesn't have to be something recogonizable, but if someone were to look at a said picture, they would know instantly what the subject of the picture is (ie: Yours, the Ring and heat.) You could try the result of shinning a light on a reflective surface- say a jewel of some sort, and you might get a shape. But I wouldn't know XD, I've never observed those things... unless it was tp purposely shine light into other people's eyes. *laughs!*

Alright, I understand what you are saying. I could try to find some objects laying around and see what I can do with it. There are tons of stuff around here, I'm sure that I could come up with something! *nods head* And shining light in people's eyes.... sounds fun!!! *grins widely* muha! Heh, seems to be a popular and very classy theme in these parts. I like how you manipulated certain elements, though. The lighting, the word on the ring, etc.

And a question. What book is that and does whatever book it is hold signifigance? (It very well might not, I've asked this question before and it didn't xD)

Well.... I guess one might consider it a book, but it is the bible that the ring is sitting on. Not to try to throw religion in anyone's face, but I thought that the ring would seem fitting to be placed on the bible with the world 'love' somewhere near by. It may not hold any signifigance, but more or less fitting (to me anyways).

yes, its been done before, but for me, youve outdone them all...the light is wonderful...the flashlight and the darkish blue hue illuminating it with pure white light adds a whole different angle to it. Really...this is superb. x If i could fav it every day i would.
