Incidently, in the Sonic X comic, they did saw Christmas was a foreign concept not native to their home planet, but you know...different continuities. Heck, the AOSTH Sonic might very well be Santa Claus himself at the end of his series. He should hope that doesn't come with Tim Allen style weight gain.
