Description
After separating from New York in 1977, the former Upstate NY reorganized into the State of Adirondack. After much debate the newly seated legislature chose to keep the capital in Albany, a decision which pleased nobody but kept anyone from being truly angry their city lost out while saving a buck in construction costs for the economically struggling new state.
