This art was made to go with the first episode of my YouTube series The Sodium Chronicles, my Smash 4 salt series I decided to start (www.youtube.com/watch?v=ut5Hfi… ). I plan on doing a "Ready for Battle" picture for every character in Sm4sh at some point or another. This time, I decided to try out some shading, and I think it worked out pretty well. Of course, I plan on trying to refine this style in the future, but I think for now I'm doing pretty decent. I went with Doc here because his design is fairly simple and he has many clips in the video this was drawn for. Anyway, I hope the screwed up face doesn't give you too many nightmares... it probably will.
