Aha, I got the joke! In your opinion, Russia is insanely cold (well, hmmm... yes it is, I guess) and everything is frozed here, even food . So, she meant "as hard as if it was frozen".

And, as I see, your webcomic is a bit... "based on actual events". I wonder if there is a real-life prototype of... (Wait, it's just me or is she still has no name? Now that's really mean!) ...Meduza?

I honestly have no idea what she meant.

Medusa is mostly based off my niece Marah when she was younger, with a bit of the neighbor kids thrown in.
