Y'know, in every movie I recall, even at full gallop centaurs' upper torsos are always either stock-straight or bent back from wind resistance. I often wonder how mythical physiology would actually play out.

In this case, I tend to agree with Jakkal's choice of having her human portion leaning forward. Horses push their heads forwards when they gallop, so it makes a fair bit of sense.
