Eathen "Legacy" Heroshy
base traits:
Height: 6'8

age: ??? at least mid100's

powers: right eye is techno organic and changes to give different abilities(telescopic, thermal, enhanced time perception, DNA tracking, photographic, hypnotic, X-Ray and all at once: omniscient), it is powered by his one of a kind bodily electrical pulses and it changes into all of those and the "omni-eye" form above can only be use for 45 seconds at a time before it totally drains him and knocks him out or if he push's it he can risk throwing his body out of balance and dies. he can also alter his molecules into that of any substance consumed, and as his body itself is a constantly altering structure he can physically absorb matter through the skin as well as as assume the body, powers, memories, DNA and personality of any one whose DNA he ingests, the more he ingests the better the copy. with a body in a constant state of flux due to his biology meaning he has no internal organs but has a skeletal structure that is made of multiple of multiple minerals making them unbreakable, non-magnetic, ultra light and as transformable as his body.
the go-to transformation of choice is to transform his arm/s into blade/s made of the same substance as his bones. (AS SEEN ABOVE) but his most powerful is combining multiple powers causing full body transformation.
essentially he is skin surrounding an indestructible skeleton and a hyper acidic muscle like substance that would dissolve it and absorb it and become permanently immune to it. the best way i can think to describe his powers is by comparing it the the Dragonball Z villain Super Buu's absorption power, every time he absorbs something/someone it added to his and only keeps on building.
example: he absorbs the thing and only the thing, then goes to another dimension and absorbs another "the thing" with perfectly identical powers and then his super strength power would be equal to 2 times that of the thing.
with every absorption, big or small, a piece of the absorbies personality goes with it and it takes constant self control and maintenance to his DNA otherwise it would get so diluted that total mental/physical breakdown would be definite.
plus in his true form(the one seen in picture) has limited use of powers, meaning he can only use so many at a time in base form and in his transformed states he can ONLY use the powers that lead to the form. ALL biological, chemical and natural-elemental aspects are ether ignored by him entirely or seen as a potential power. he is totally incapable of using/absorbing/deflecting magic or solely mystical things/beings(Dr. strange or Ghost Rider for example), to a degree, mystically altered natural stuff is on a case by case basis.

back story:
the earliest recorded sighting of Eathen "Legacy" Heroshy was in 1690, hunted by a group in what would one day be Norway.after being corned by the group according to a lone surviving hunter, surviving being a loose definition as he spent the last 2 weeks frantically horrified by the inhuman and unimaginable power and advanced appearance of the creature they hunted, who slayed them all with no effort.
for Legacy this was nothing but another dimensional jump that left him in the end of the 17th century.
for him this was his 78th year of semi-unlife. but for him the earliest memory takes place in a seemingly regular dimension with no superhuman anything whatsoever but awoke with nothing but a odd watch on and before he could say "my body just ate my Rolex" his wrist absorbed it and a portal opens at his feet and he found himself in the middle of a battle between costumed superheros (a marvel alt. universe) and as he watched it unfold a primal instinct led to him losing all control and the next he knew every one involved was dead and all that was left was blood and devastation everywhere and he knew things he never knew and could do things he could never do. with the new knowledge he had he thought of what to do next and realized he was nude and as he thought that he should find some clothing a spandex yellow and blue suit covered in X's appeared he then thought of what a outfit that didn't make him look gay(a word he just learned) would look like and he still chooses to wear it.
from then on he went about traveling the different dimensions trying to find his home, gathering power, friends, lovers, comrades, knowledge and even a few worshipers in a very superstitious dimension.his main for being is to find out what happened to him and get to his home dimension(i know its cliche but why fix what ain't broken) and to help the innocent along the way. hes not a humorless, angsty douche though, he has had real relationships with a few different groups from varying dimensions as well as romantic endeavors with some super-beings(male and female) of other dimensions(X-23, a version of ultimate blackcat and a variation of she-hulk, and a anti-hero version of superman are just a few). FUN FACT: because he has absorbed Female DNA he is Bi-sexual, but changes into a female form on occasions when needed.
Another note, when not transformed, Legacy wheres black and red gloves on both hands.

Angel Falls' effects: in the Angel falls universe, Legacy is incapable of utilizing the "War" and "Death" forms and due to this plays a Neutral "Wildcard" role and works to help to and protect the innocent but holds no reservations about killing an "Evil" opponent in battle.

Note: character was created based off the main character of the game "Prototype" and and was created for the marvel multiverse.
