This image embodies that famous title. The android here looks peaceful and at rest, not troubled by anything surrounded him. The detail of the exposed wires with the bright red and purples evoke muscle tissue, giving the android some inner humanity even though the exposed spine, the metal texture skin does show that the figure before is machine. I love the lightening that connects to the very detailed and unsettling sheep on the top of his head (the red eyes hint at something darker) and it fits well into the darkening skies in the background. Perhaps the coming storm will wake the peaceful android? Or maybe this image, which is somewhat surreal displays what our own dreams would look like and the storm shows that it'll become a nightmare.

"Do androids dream of electric sheep?" aka. "Bladerunner", that's what this reminds me of. I remember both the book and the movie, liked both of them. Beautiful piece, very surreal and slightly unnerving but in wonderful way that I can't help but love.
