Well, if work gets you stressed I hear it's good to go for a walk.
It would be on your lunch break of course, so you don't get in trouble for randomly getting up and leaving.

I never had a chance to take a walk. I worked at a fast food restaurant.
But I would've loved to take a nap during my breaks instead of eating and then getting right back to work.
