Description
Frankie is a silver fox as his name suggests and is the fourth member of the FiveTastics.

Frankie visited his father at the headquarters because he works as a policeman, in that he saw three boys detained which were Leonard, Gary and Cobey and he saw that two were fighting so Frankie called his father and asked him to stop the fight between Leonard and Cobey.
Later he was reunited with the three boys Hanging around Lake Bowlton, Frankie asked Leonard if he could be part of the Group Leonard accepted because Frankie was the son of a policeman and they needed someone to defend them from the law.
