Description I've always wanted one of my own Shrodinger's cat Tshirt. But the best one I have ever seen is a Black shirt with the text "Schrodinger's cat is alive" on the front and "Schrodinger's cat is dead" on the back.

Bleh Pretty bland.

Well here are the graphics for my version!

Enjoy!

I always thought that unless the box was open, the cat was both.

You forgot the quantum superposition of the two states!
Great Job!

Normal Physics did not account for many things, For example, accordingly to normal physicis the radiation given off by a fire would be enought to instantly incinerate anything withen veiwing distance, which we all know is not true, otherwise those cavemen who discovered fire would not have had been very lucky. Quantum Physics eventually came to be and people were kinda happy for a while, then string theory came to be. Why must there be so many theories? Im going to make up my own theory.. that will show them.. The one Theory to rule them all!

Oh yeah, as much as I hate cats, I like that one.

I guess I should have explained what Schrodingers Cat is!

D'oh!

Schrodinger Said:
"One can even set up quite ridiculous cases. A cat is penned up in a steel chamber, along with the following diabolical device (which must be secured against direct interference by the cat): in a Geiger counter there is a tiny bit of radioactive substance, so small that perhaps in the course of one hour one of the atoms decays, but also, with equal probability, perhaps none; if it happens, the counter tube discharges and through a relay releases a hammer which shatters a small flask of hydrocyanic acid.

If one has left this entire system to itself for an hour, one would say that the cat still lives if meanwhile no atom has decayed. The first atomic decay would have poisoned it. The Psi function for the entire system would express this by having in it the living and the dead cat (pardon the expression) mixed or smeared out in equal parts."

the above cat's state is as of this very moment exactly alive and dead (though technically, 100% dead and 100% alive at the same time -- hence the paradox) ...until someone opens this here bag, that is.
Let The Cat Out Of The Box!

COmpletely Morbid but actualy cool at the same time.

Thats really... weird to say the least. Reminds me of the experiments we looked at in Psychology. o.o people do some weird things to animals if you ask me... >.> Poor kitty...

Oh he never actulay did the experiment! It was just a paradoxal puzzle that's been put out about quantum Physics. No Cats were harmed in the making of this theory

Ahh, thats good. Unlike some of the weird people I have read about... Least no kitties where harmed. n.n
