There is no "macro" setting on my camera. *lol* It's not a fancy $900 thing that I see a lot of people using. It's just a normal camera.

I don't have a fancy $900 dollar camera and I have the macro setting. It's not a pro macro but it still works good to me though.

Mine has no setting like that at all. It has a "close-up", which is what I use. Unfortunately, if you aren't 100% steady or using a tripod (which, for some angles, is a nuisance to use), it will be very slightly blurry.

Hmm, well mine is that "close up" feature too, I call it macro, well for those kind of cameras it can only do so much. But its on one of my more expensive cameras too, but both of mine does really well.
