Holy smokes. Here's an AMAZING commission done by the great mastafuu . This takes place during the Endgame Saga of Spiders and Magic: Rise of Spider-Mane. I have nothing to say. I'm going to bask in this greatness.Spider-Man (Peter Parker) and the Green Goblin (Norman Osborn) are owned by Marvel.
Twilight Sparkle is owned by Hasbro.

why isn't this a series like just because mlp is mainly a "feminine" show (even tho i watch it) they could fuse it with so many shows they just don't have the imagination i guess.

That'd be nice. MLP: FIM may be aimed at the younger female demographic, but the show is proven to be quite smart. Plus, Marvel isn't afraid to be light-hearted on their best day. With Spidey being their best crossover character, an official crossover would work.

I am convinced this is a combination of both the Prime Marvel Universe (Earth-616) & The Ultimate Universe (Earth-1610). This is because the Death of Gwen Stacy doesn't happen in Ultimate Marvel and Goblin doesn't look this horrifying in Marvel Prime.
