I have see this one ( or one very similar with the Memphis Belle nose art ) at airshows in the USA.

This was one of several B-17s that played 'Memphis Belle' in the film. It's also displayed in UK s as 'Sally B' (It has that name painted on the other side). It's usually listed in display programs as 'Sally B'.
