Well, have you ever listened to Jeff Waynes, '' war of the Worlds''. i assume you like Classic Rock\pop music and i mean going back to, lets say 1978? well, Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds was the retelling the story of The War of The Worlds by H. G. Wells, it's a really cool Album with many great tracks but one track i always loved, i do love Classic Rock Ana, i'm very Retro. OK anyways, one of the songs half way through, is a bit of a sad weepy track but i always loved the lyrics and vocals\production, the song was called, ''Forever Autumn'', here's the song, please if you don't like this type of music then i'm sorry for sending the link, www.youtube.com/watch?v=JtizM3… but if you listen, the lyric is withing this song....

Wow,what a beautiful song!!I don't know why it sounded familiar to me, i've never heard this song and i don't know this band. I do like Classic Rock\Pop music. I'm very eclectic about music preferences. I'm very retrô too. Such great bands from the past! I like Heavy and Thrahs Metal too . Thank you very much for the music link.

you like retro Rock music too. This song is just a small part of a big album production. Ana, please if you ever get some time spare, listen to the entire Album of, war of the Worlds, here's the link, www.youtube.com/watch?v=6fnPn9… i think you will love this Album.

It's quite a long album and the songs are constant because there's the War or the Worlds Story line, in which a very famous old Actor Narrates along with the music. that Narrator was Richard Burton, a very famous actor from the Past. but the music is very retro but very melodic, a good production too. remember listen to it at anytime and yes please tell me what you think at a later date.

Back again to take in some more of this awesomeness!
I keep thinking about this scavenger. Like on deeper levels. Obviously we get why he does it but is it all out of necessity? Is it somewhat out of boredom?
I’m now looking in the direction of enjoyment. Whose to say he Isn’t smiling under that visor? Perhaps his heart skips a beat when something rare and exciting catches his eye. Heck, I think I can hear him whistling in there! I wonder if he has a vast collection of trinkets and do dads back at his home? Like some stuff he collects as resource and others for his personal enjoyment. Oh but his bag is huge. It must all be for resource. Nah, can’t be. Look at all those pouches and pockets he has. That’s where the treasures go! Thats where he keeps those items that are near and dear to his heart. I knew he was a sentimental sap!
Thanks again for sharing this wonderful piece, it truly is a joy to look at again and again.

Harvey...you're really just made my evening with this detailed analysis of this lone scavenger. When i was drawing 'The Scavenger', i never went into these little gems of information that fills those blanks in my mind of who, this, sap', lol, really is all about. i love your sentimental attitude towards the scavengers background. this is perfect, i would like you place this comment in the description with your link to your site if i may.. brilliant, just brilliant.
Oh no, let me thank you Harvey for eloborating on the Guys day in the life of a, 'Scavenger' in some distant dystopic future and thank you for liking my artwork as i am an admirer of yours art too.

By all means go right ahead! Those were just thoughts that occurred to me whilst admiring this brilliant drawing yet again. It’s one of those pieces that’s meant to be re-visited. In fact I keep it in my notifications for that very reason.
Next I’m wondering what he looks like from the pyramid’s pov? That thing can’t just be up there alone. It has to be piloted by someone or something. Whatever the case our scavenger friend seems to pay it no mind so that tells me it’s not such an odd occurrence. To him at least. I’m sorry, there I go again! XD
Again and again I thank you and I’m so glad we met on here. I think we just may get this art community back after all!

Ah thank you very much Harvey, i'll do that right away. Those thoughts are like gold dust to me. i apprciate someone comenting and then adding their take on a piece of artwork or drawing. i find that most gratifying indeed, so thank you. you words will be added with appreciation !
It's just more fuel for me to add within the description. your thoughts and your analysis fit perfect, glad to have you there along side the Scavenger drawing. XD
You're welcome and i'm glad you're part of this community we're trying to salvage from the choas of change. XD lets fight on !

Maybe Harvey. i think we just gotta sift through DA and find artists who want a community and not all this,'' like you, like me'' attitude with passing comments like, 'nice' or 'great' i'm a lover of all styles of art, so i do get a kick out of viewing artists anyway, i'm not here for popularity, i just want it to be like the old DA when everyone was commenting and there wasn't this numbers ego trip game on here, how many veiws can i get or how many watcher have i got or how many have faved my stuff.. it never was like that at one time, it's becoming like instagram or YouTube, FB.
