Hey hey...so let's talk Music, animation and the arts....oooh baby you gotta let me just create, and impress the coach, you know, lou Reed knew right?...anyways... i'll be brief because the Song, ''Vanity Race'' is a bit of a Touchy Subject because it concerns everyone, and it's hard not to offend if you're writing a song about Addictions, disorders, obsessions, Mantra's, shallow, Superficialness in this modern dopamine society.....i was like that once...an Addict to social norms online and offline..until i looked up and saw all that wider open space.....man, and i played good for the coach...

Breathing a Sigh of Relief and just grabbing my old Guitar, you know, trying to remain, Like we all do, Creative, Artsy, like all you lucky, lucky, artists, photo hounds, Free thinkers, painters, poets, bohemians, preachers, saints sinners and even the one wearing the glasses ! you know? being active - seeing if my vocal pipes were firing on all cylinders, adding a drum Section, then Pondering on all those minor spectrums of Addictions and Distractions that we all may or may not be aware of, it’s not as simple as being an addict or not being an addict right, we take minor Addictions for granted in everything we do.... online social media for instance, how many times do we watch tiktok?, or post on Twitter, FB, instagram? Watch a YouTube vid?, . is it deemed worthy to completely take control of our life, if you allow it too?... can we handle these minor Addictions?, maybe it ''significantly interferes” with our routines and distorts our ability to function?.....ah ha!...now that's the plan isn't it - for us all to be Dopamine addicts to online social media..maybe?.. do you ever ask yourself the obvious philosophical question '' the time I’m spending on my phone, laptop is it affecting my ability to be normal, do i follow what everyone is doing?, am i just part of this Dopamine nation,....so i wrote the Song, no big production, just me, guitar, drums and the question....with Animation of course.
