I'm not a big Furry artist (though I can and do draw plenty of them for customers), but I have to respect the allmighty dollar. The funny thing is, I love this character. I originally created her about 10 years ago while I was sitting at a convention. I had my comic book pages laid out, and people were flipping through my portfolio enthusiastically. Then they'd walk away.

Out of boredom, I sketched up a picture of Tora-Tan (then called 'Torakoki', because I know just enough Japanese to make a fool of myself), and slipped her into the portfolio. Not five minutes later... FIVE MINUTES... someone stopped at the table, saw Tora-tan, and said 'Oh! So you draw furries!'

Money. It's a helluva drug.

This is a work in progress, by the way, I plan to do a full-color version as a cover to an upcoming portfolio.
