Description
After the fall of disgraced and utterly despised leader of Sector W, Numbuh 363, Numbuh 83 and 84 and all of Sector W were left without a leader and Numbuh 85 was incapacitated due to his really bad haircut he got from his father. So we moved them to the TLPS-KND Federation Super Headquarters to be with Numbuh 1 and all of Sector V.
