*EDIT* Far more recent and better drawn Gardevoir here; [link]I'm not too sure, so I'm going to pick Ideologically Sensitive as the mature warning, shout if you think it should be something else.
This isn't one of my fan-arts, this is really a single frame from my normal comic strips (I'm still wondering if I should upload them). Obviously a mock-up of Play-Boy -for the Pokemon world.
I was kinda freaked out by how many other people (even here on Deviant Art) seemed to have the same idea for Gardevoir with more human...eh...features.
(Because it's been requested)
First I draw the image using pencil and paper, then I ink the image and rub-out all visible pencil.
I outline the ink with gel to give the image my signature 'outline' look I add to everything I draw.
I scan the image into the PC as a black and white image, then use Paint Shop Pro 11 and reference images to come up with the correct colouring. Then I either add 2-4 extra version of each colour for light and dark shading. I don't use the layer method.
To be honest, I've never actually bought/read an issue of Playboy, so sorry if it's inaccurate to those that know.
Once again, I lay no claim to Pokemon, it's worlds, or it's characters.

My hypothesis for Gardevoirs: Arceus was trying to genetically engineer humans to be tougher and ended up with... Ralts line, then he felt sorry for the effeminate guys and modded them. As for the Gem, it's a sort of plate thing, kind of like a part of the sternum on mature Ralts-line. It should, according to me, be moved down slightly to a bit below the breasts, where their heart lies (hence Gardies, the females, have unsaggable tits) to be a sort of bulwark and energy concentrator. That much psychic power projected form the head is hazardous to the brain... though Ralts and Kirlia do it to up power themselves. I have a full explanation on my FFN profile in one of the fics regarding the Health system, levellign and evolution, and when I get around to finishing that fic it'll explain EVERYTHING that I can think of aobut POkemon's nuances and how they can scientifically work.

Ash's father is Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket, according to my sister who is always watching all the episodes...

Perhaps only in the anime, but in the videogames, Giovanni's son is Silver/Soul from the Gen 2 Pokemon games. It is revealed in the Celebi event in HG/SS. You go back in time to what happened not too long after Giovanni was defeated, and Red became champion. Giovanni is leaving the place, Soul steps-in to him. They have a chat, Soul saying he'll never be like Giovanni. Now, the hidden way to know he is Giovanni's son, is the way the two are so calm nearby eachother, compared to what if it was someone not related to him were to be there instead of Soul. If it was someone else, the person would try to stop Giovanni from leaving, and try to get the police to get him to prison. Since Giovanni is his father, he allows him to escape, with Soul makes the last lines "I'll never be like you", and lets him escape. At this time, Soul finds Giovanni a weakling, to have lost to Red, a kid. I will say nothing more now about that.
