Cynthia, the Pokemon Champion of Sinnoh, giving a heart-felt congradulation to Dawn in Pokemon Platinum.
Hardcore Rules:
1) Catch the first Pokemon you meet on each Route and no other, if you fail to catch that first one or if it's one you already have, tough luck.
2) If your Pokemon faints it's 'dead' and must be set free (aka sent to the Graveyard), if this is too tough, you can give each 3 lives.
3) You can catch Shinies, but you must set any normal versions of that Pokemon free.
4) If all your Pokemon faint and you faint, you're dead and MUST restart the game
5) Trading is ONLY allowed for Trade-Evolutions of YOUR Pokemon
6) Trading with in-game NPCs is allowed
