Firstly thanks for your question. I checked your drawings and found that you have a solid talent and huge potential.
Your shading tends to be too gray. You need to use a greater range of the grayscale. I mean you need to have much darker areas as well as pure white areas. You need to get a bit more aggressive with your shading and use darker pencils 6B or 7B, and press harder.
1. Don't be scared to use heavier shading to get really nice dark and black areas.
2. You need to have areas of white too.
3. Periodically stand back, squint your eyes (almost shut) and look at the contrast of your drawing. Does it match the subject? Then change (usually darken) areas of your drawing to get the greyscale correct.
4. Don't be scared to lay down the darkest parts really early on (especially the eyes). This will give you a useful reference for the grayscale.
5. Keep squinting your eyes to make sure your contrast is correct.
6. You are your best critic. Be honest with yourself.
