So after losing this list twice I'm back to drawing 30 Characters. It's been a long month -_-

Elrond is for all intents and purposes the King of Rivendell... a mansion/town full of elves. Both Bilbo and Frodo wander through Rivendell in their travels, it is a bastion of peace and culture. Elrond here is played by Hugo Weaving because he did such a good job.

Vamp, would you like to say a few words about Elrond?
