Famous for the long-con, Sawyer here is lying to you already whether you've met him or not. I've watched all six seasons of Lost and I think Sawyer has the most interesting and dynamic story to tell of everyone. His relationships, his nicknames, his trustworthiness in spite of his reputation, the fact that he needs reading glasses... sure guys like Charlie and Hurley are more fun to hang out with and folk like Ben and Locke were more badass (and people like Jin and Jack looked better with their shirts off) but inexplicably at the end of it all Sawyer was my favorite character. I'm not going to spoil any more than that... Lost is all about twists and turns and saying any more than I already have would cheapen the effect.

Count me among those who were disappointed with the end of Lost. I wanted to love it, I really did... but we got what we got and I can't change that. At least everyone's happy somewhere right? We'll rest on that. I'm not going to recommend Lost to everyone, people who can't sleep at night wondering how everything will pan out and are pissed off at loose ends will not be able to handle the commitment of six seasons of a show like this - but people who like a good ride; people who love the rollercoaster of a good mindbender and will have fun watching along and treasure the answers they get - then I can't recommend it enough.

And anyone watching Persons Unknown this summer... it's Lost lite. You want some serious marooned-people action I suggest you take a seat at the grownup table.
