There is no Beyond Good and Evil art. Well, there is very little. And its not fair, it needs more.I love Pey'j. I love him a lot. I especially love his floppy ears... they look really soft and I just wanna pet them ^^ Those who know me may never have expected my favorite character to be a fart-powered pig, but trust me, the Father Figure factor of my heart more than makes up for my lack of humor in flatulence jokes.
This is just a snapshot of life. Baby Jade takes her first steps into Uncle Pey'j's waiting arms. Is so cute.

That is really cute, I'm hoping to give the game a second try soon when I get the HD remake of it, got it on the download list on the 360 just waiting to get started. Someone gave me a code for it a few hours ago.

The game is out is Wedensday, about 800 points on Live Arcade. Currently listening to the battle theme from the game right now, also wrote a story today while listening to it and submitted it, called Daughter Dear - Karen Beaumont.
The theme was helpful in the inspiration.

aww, this is touching! I loved BG&E, finally a game with a story and a good and emotional one! I can`t wait for the second game to come out, I hope they release it for pc too. I`d love to know what happens to Pey`j!

oh me too! When I watched through the credits and saw that stinger at the end... I nearly hit grief! I couldn't accept a cliffhanger like that when I knew we'd never continue the story! So thank goodness the sequel's been released! I'm so thrilled ^^

Yes, that was really cruel. I can`t wait to see what happens next, is it true that Ubisoft still has to give their consent for the release? That`d be weird though, since they brought out the trailer and everything...(have you seen it, it`s awesome, and kind of disgusting with the fly, lol!)

Yes, i've seen it. I haven't heard anything past that though. I know they released a Jade skin for Prince of Persia, I assume to garner some hype for the second game's release. I doubt Ubi would put something like that in one of their biggest franchises for no good reason.

I love father figures too. You should track down a copy of Beyond Good and Evil before the sequel comes out (of course there is no forecast date yet) but it's out for any and all last-gen consoles and its one of those fun easy games that just about anyone can pick up

If only I could D:. I love father figures... but that doesn't mean I have a good father, on the contrary >.>. So yeah, basically I'm pretty limited in what I can get because of that. Plus I'm stuck in Romania... if only I was back in the US D:. Dammit. Everyone I know has told me it's absolutely awesome... ;_; I really want this game, especially after seeing your Pey'j art. Father characters get me every time XD;;. I hope to somehow be able to get this game in the near future

You have no way to order in? Even online? Thats a shame. If you're desperate enough, you can probably find a pirated copy of the pc version online somewhere that'll tide you over until you can get it for real

Get a friend to buy and mail you the gamecube or pc copy... although if you get the cube copy you'll need a new memory card (it takes a whole one)

That would be an ideal option... if I had anyone to do that with :/. I have plenty of close online friends, but my father wouldn't trust them... plus he always homeschooled me, so basically... I'm screwed :/.

Playing of course is more fun, but I never minded watchign games either...that's how I made it through most the final fantasies.

The first scene or two will probably be enough to satisfy my absolute need for this game XD. I agree, it's better not to spoil too much. Must preserve as much of the excitement as possible for the actual game

This picture captures exactly the reason why the relationship between Jade and Pey'j was the first videogame relationship that actually moved me. Pey'j practically raised Jade by himself (she clearly doesn't remember her parents at all), and the game somehow managed to make me understand that relationship in just a few hours of play. The reason for this was of course to motivate the player later on, but I still care more for Pey'j than any princess, younger sibling or damsel in distress in videogame history.
That, and baby Jade is SO FRIGGIN ADORABLE!
