This is a belated entry to 's Easter contest. Because I just adopted Cid into the Elite I was like... what the hey? Might as well enter and draw some fanart of one of my favorite people ^^So yeah, Shera actually got Cid dressed up for Easter but you notice there were a couple of things our disgruntled pilot wouldn't leave home without fancy or not? hehe... Shera's just happy with the arm candy she got in HER easter basket this morning and Cid just wants to know why that bunny is staring at him.

I just exploded. I have never seen CidShera fanart before, and this has made me of, So happy. I'm a CS fan and hardly anyone I've met is too. This is lovely as well, Shera is so cute and happy looking. And Cid...Well, whatever he wears, Cid=Teh hawt, hahaha.

God I'm late on this, but from one Cid x Shera 'shipper to another, let me just say this. OH MY GOD I LOVE YOU.
... No I'm calm, I swear. Anyway, I love the texture on this. It's a pleasant change from the usual anime/fanart genre of being super-polished and shiny. And the 'rassenfrassenmumblygrumbly' look on Cid's face is just priceless. The flower in Shera's hair is a nice touch too. She's so cute! *squee*

And I agree about CidVincent... it makes no sense at all. I mean, Vincent's old enough to be his father. And both of them have their own girls, except Vincent's is kind of dead... and never really returned his feelings...but STILL.

I heart Shera. She's such a sympathetic little character. I mean how she feels guilty about crushing Cid's dream five years ago so she puts up with his harrassment like some sort of sentence. You can tell she really loves him, or else she would have left him by now. She's as stubborn and strong-willed as he is when she puts her mind to something. At least that's what I understood of her.

I think the way the spear was drawn made me feel awkward. I remember many times when I tuck something in my elbow AND put my hands in my pockets and it felt WEIRD. I don't know if Cid would care, but whatever. I was thinking maybe the pole could be used like a walking stick or something. Just a suggestion.
Though, if that did happene, it would be like an oversized stick that would pick up trash with...

I tried to put some perspective on the spear but I guess I failed. Its hooked through his elbow at an angle coming from the back so it sticks out behind him. So really he's just holding it at his side.
And if he were picking up trash with it it would look like he was trying to stab the bunny!!!!
