Let me explain it to you, since you appear to be too dense to figure it out yourself.
IN WW2, IBM created a special punch-card machine that allowed Hitler to track and identify
jews far-more easily than he could have done without such machinery. In effect, Hitler owes
much of the success of his Holocaust to IBM and that is what this about, because without
IBM's help, far more Jews would have been able to escape and survive the Nazi's.
