Volt Woman is a robot master build by Dr.Wily. She uses positive and negative electric attacks. 


She has a split personality, sometimes she has up beat positive personality and sometimes she has a mean spirited negative personality. She switches between these two personalities without warning. No one is sure if this is a malfunction or if Wily just programmed her like this.
