What if the late Hamilton Mitchell had replaced Brian O'Connor as Shining Time Station character Horace Schemer in Thomas and the Magic Railroad?

First off, I think Magic Railroad could've succeeded in theaters if Britt Allcroft hadn't been all hands on in the film and trusted an expert director, producer and writer who should've stuck to Wilbert Awdry's vision as closely as possible, while at the same time found a way to connect it to Shining Time Station. Anyway, when the film was made, Schemer's actor had retired from acting, thus explaining his absence. If they'd cast Mr. Mitchell, he'd certainly have played Schemer similar to Brian O'Connor and my favorite character of his, Vice Principal Crubbs in Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. Schemer would probably be a blackmailed accomplice of P.T. Boomer and it is this character arc of his that eventually leads him to discover the secret of Mr. Conductor.
