I’ll write some more character info at a later date but for now here’s your local feral bastard, he’s always yelling about or setting fire to something with his literally flammable spit and he really doesn’t know how to make friends. When he uses his quirk, smoke leaks out of the splits in his face. Kaito is petrified of him despite being almost a full foot taller.
