Chromostereopsis is one of my favorite illusions to work with in my art. Believe it or not, some people cannot experience it, which is why I have begun with this particular artwork to emphasize depth with elements of chiaroscuro: casting shadows, reflecting light, core shadows, highlights... This artwork is also a complete irregular counterchange, like that of a common "Check" pattern found on a black and white chessboard. Color is the only tool giving the surreal illusion of dimension, and diminishing geometries creating the illusion of perspective. Such is life, an illusion? To some, maybe...3840x4800 Pixels.
