A very beautiful watercolour work! It's pretty clear that you know your medium and have a very definite style.

I really like the colours, with the clear dinstiction between all the different blues (I know how it's difficult and you did a perfect job!), and all the different hues and effects show pretty well the difference between textures(the transparent fabric, the skin, the hair...). The flowing lineart with the difference in stroke weight works very well!
I also like the expression and the little cloud of condensed cold air! It gives a nice touch, as does the fact that you cut the painting out from the background.

Tha little faults of this piece stand in the drawing in my opinion. Expecially the mouth, I see it as too horizontal while the head is tilted a lot more... I usually draw an ideal line from the nose to the chin and position the mouth centered perpendicular to that.
The earring looks pretty strange to me too, because it looks like it's flying, like there's a lot of wind, while the hair and the pendant on the necklace don't really give that impression, and the little cloud is moving in the opposite direction.
Last, about the cloud... the shape somehow makes me think that the piece of paper ended right before it was completed. I don't know if that was the case, but in general I'd give it a more rounded or a more "flowing" shape towards the end, expecially on the left side.

That said, I really liked the idea and the design, and her eyes are very beautiful! It's avery good job!
