That's just stunning. My boyfriend just glanced over and said ' this has got anime elements but its interesting and worked through' I think so too. It's a perfect blend for me, since I find that anime drawings nowadays are often just 10 minute generic sketches that get praise they don't deserve.

I really like how you used vellus hair to catch the light around the edges and give a better sense of texture to the skin. I think most people forget about vellus hair or don't realize how it affects lighting.
Same goes for the sub-surface scattering within the ears.
