I've seen so much moleskin lately. Aren't they just overpriced sketchbooks – basically?
I mostly use some really cheap sketchbooks or make them myself with some paper that is just lying around.
I would somehow be afraid to draw into a sketchbook if I spent too much money on it

Oh i dont mind any kind of sketchbooks, I mostly wrote this to give an idea what paper I used. What I like about moleskine is that you can get them basically anywhere so I dont feel so stressed drawing in it cause I know its replaceable (if that makes sense). I feel much more stressed to draw in cheaper sketchbooks I like that I know I wont find it again in shops.

That would be really costly for me at the moment though, because I'm filling 1-2 sketchbooks per month while busting my ass on CA.org
