These two do be underrated characters ngl

Both are monster summoners who took up the heritage of their family - (Dracoid and Gravekeeper) and took up their families mission which was to prepare for someone's return - (Rayquazza and the Pharaoh). Both manipulated key events in their stories behind the scenes which involved putting people in contact with powerful creatures - (Zinnia manipulated Team Aqua/Magma depending on which game you play into awaking Groupon/Kyogre again depending on which game you play while Ishizu gave Obelisk to Kaiba) with the end goal of using these people and creatures to bring them other creatures related to the same powerful creature - (Zinnia hoped that by manipulating Aqua/Magma into summoning Kyogre/Groudon it would awaken Rayquazza while Ishizu granted Kaiba Obelisk in order to get him to host the Battle City tournament in order to draw in Marik and the other two Egyptian Gods). However as a result of some unforeseen event they failed to aquire their desired creature - (Zinnia couldn't end up getting Rayquazza to mega evolve and Kaiba changing his fate to lose to her) and they ended up in the hands of the main protagonist instead. At the end of their stories both of their duties were finally completed and both granted the main protagonist a powerful object belonging to them - (Zinnia granting the player her Salamance and Ishizu granting Yugi her Millennium Necklace)
