Description Hello guys ♥ I just have a small painting doodle (I guess) for you today, it's a larger watercolor sheet full of small colorful birdies, painted with watercolor I do this exercise during workshops, we only paint shapes without sketching and fill them with color, keeping in mind the color value just a little bit, but rather mixing cold and warm tones.

This is very beautiful and amusing to me! One thing I would suggest is letting the watercolor pool more around the edge of the image so it has a sort of an outline. Also, the branch that the bird on the bottom left corner could be shaded or blended more like the other branch that yellow bird is sitting on. I, personally, would like the colours blended a bit better, but that's completely up to you! Also, other than using warm and cool colours on one bird, it may be more visually pleasing to have one bird filled with warm colours and a different bird filled with cool colours. Other than these points, I really loved this painting!

It seems to look so easy to work with watercolor. I had the thoughts to work on these tools, too but I have the fear that every space will be run off.

Well, as they say, feel the fear but do it anyway At least if you see the point in trying. It is highly suggested to try different media to get out the comfort zone, it is scary but thats the only way to discover something new.
