Description
Forgot to upload this here. Something that's been worked on and off for years for variosu reasons, but very happy to finally finish it.
Have to edit the process video later but it’s going to be at a different quality that usually. Hadn’t used OBS in so long I didn’t catch the changes it made when it was optimizing itself.
If you want to see the sketch and inking stage, here’s the Youtube link .
Story blurb below.

“Keeper… sir… a-a-are you sure it’s safe to allow him to stay?”
There was some hesitation to the servant’s voice as they peered into the room of their newest guest. The man with metal shard for a face was just hanging from the ceiling. His back facing them, swaying slowly back and forth. Legs interwoven into a metallic mess of tendrils and who knows what else. And then a few Synapse Chords were hanging near him, giving off a soft blue glow.
Well, technically, the guest had been there for some months, but a few were still leery to be around him due to exactly what he is. A Cryros.
“Ah,” a slight chuckle slipped the Keeper’s lips, “Yo’tun, there is no need to worry about our guest. Has he caused any trouble?”
“Well, no…” They mumbled. “But you know how those Cryros Infiltrator units can be.”
The Keeper held back a snorted chuckled. “If he was that, I’m sure he would have sprung his trap ages ago… which would have ended poorly for him.” A grin appeared on his face. “Besides he’s rather inert for a Cryros and an Independent one at that. He’s been touched by them but not so tainted that he is one of them.”
“Inert? Independent?”
The puzzled look on Yo’tun’s face made him shake his head. “I see someone has skipped out on a few meetings.” Yo’tun quickly turning away only confirmed his suspicions. “Tch.” He chuckled. “If you will excuse me, I am going to check up on our guest.”
With that he carefully opened up the door to not disturb the man. But a few of those metals shards twitched as the slightest creek from the door and he soon began to stir.
“Good morning, Ferro.” The Keeper made his presence known. “How are you doing, my friend?”
“Mm… Good morn…ing.” A slurred greeted came from the man as he slowly twisted and turned as he righted himself. It took him awhile but he finally face him. “I’m okay just… just…” His gaze shifted towards the ceiling. A mess of metal tendrils and mass and some newly budding chords. A mess he had to clean up later. How he hoped nothing had spread to the other rooms during his slumber. “Trying to find my memories.”
“How has that gone?”
“It’s… a work in progress.” A slow and confusing progress. “Sorry for the mess.”
“No need to apologize.” The Keeper smiled. “I can sense it’s all relatively contained in your room and is not virulent.” He looked around the room. “Besides I have a few ways of dealing with such things. So keep searching for you memories. Find yourself in that mess.”
“Thank you… thank you.” He wasn’t sure if he could ever repay the Keeper’s kindness.
