The cub ran for safety under his mother's warm comforting belly as the lightning struck and the thunder roared. I was watching from behind a rock across from where they were, then ... the mother saw me and in no uncertain terms gave the loudest roar, so I braved the oncoming storm getting out of their way and leaving the mother to comfort her baby.
