Description  
This is Meadow my best friend's beautiful dog, she is 11 years old and she is a Large Munsterlander a hunt, point, retrieve gun dog. I have always loved the photo that I used for reference and promised one day I would get round to painting her, so here she is I hope you enjoy looking at her. As well as good looks she also has a beautiful personality x

Painted using Wacom Intuos3 tablet and pen in Photshop CS4 extended.

It really made me chuckle when you told me your beautiful painting of my Meadow had been accepted on the Spaniel group.  Yes Meadow is a German Gundog but belongs to the HPR (Hunt, Point, Retrieve) group.  Spaniels do a completely different job.
