I've had this idea for a monster design but I've never really been able to nail it, so here's an attempt that I colored really fancy like.
I think he plays guitar idk
I just had a vision for a color palette and basic concept, nothing on personality yet lol!
He looks kinda like an evan clone but trust me he's green so that makes him AN ORIGINAL CH- oh wait I own evan
THAT MAKES IT MAGICALLY ACCEPTABLE

Well, his color palette makes sense if he is supposedly a Frankenstein-concept character, as they all concists of decaying flesh and all.
OR maybe he is just a green electrified plushie, who knows?
Whilst I like your borderless artstyle, I sadly still preffer the cartoony and "thick outlined" one.
