Moonstar was once Alpha's old friends, but when he never came to his party, he shut himself with his studies. He once had a simular mane style to Alpha, but he grew it out as time went on. From that day, he never wanted to be humliated ever again, so all he did was just study for everything.

Tsuki (Nickname: Moon Dancer) is the founder of the Lunar Moon Base. Her father was involved in a terrible accident many years ago, thus leaveing her in charge of developing the Fourze Driver. She has a strange illness that gives her painful headaches.

My Little Pony belongs to Hasbro.

Kamen Rider belongs to Toei and Bandai.

Bases belong to Selenade.
