Yeah, everyone goes on about how Kirk suffered and no one thinks about how Spock had to hide indoors nearly the whole stay AND then how he is forced to remind his best friend repeatedly that Kirk must stop having feelings for Keeler. And he was worried about McCoy too, but again it was all about Kirk and his angst!
